The Court Challenges Program of Canada is a national non-profit organization which was set up in 1994 to provide financial assistance for important court cases that advance language and equality rights guaranteed under Canada's Constitution.

Dates of Meetings and Deadlines for Applications
Please note that we are no longer accepting applications for funding under the Court Challenges Program effective September 25, 2006. Pre-existing grants of funding, however, will be honoured and we are continuing to process requests for reimbursement under these existing grants at this time. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions or concerns.
